Hi Younkwang, Is HLS player add in current Smart3 FW? After testing with v532 (latest version), I found PTS can be read. ps. In v531, PTS can be reported directly. In v532, the keycode of STBCommunicationTest need to be changed and then PTS can be reported. |

Note: 1. UI-532 has already enabled HLS player for playing VOD. 2. Advertisement is played before VOD Content. Advertisement is played with RTSP Player, so PTS changes while playing advertisement. |

Hi Younkwang, A. I am trying to play VOD and check the status of HLS Player. After playing an advertisement for 30 sec, the player exits and shows some message. Please check the attached pic1. And it can not play VOD again after playing VOD for 1 or 2 times. Please check the error message with the attached pic3. B. Besides this, the login procedure has some problem. By logging in with ATT test account, it shows some message. Please check the attached pic2. It seems that the login procedure is not completed, but it works well after rebooting. Hi Younkwang, Here are my test results. v531: - No problem in Authentication - Play VOD for 30 sec and then it exits and shows R401 (pic4) v532: - There is problem in Authentication (video1) = The authentication seems not completed = rebooting box and it goes to main page - Play VOD for 30 sec and then it exits and shows R401 (pic5) => 1. The authentication problem happens in v532. 2. Please help to check why we cannot play VOD content. Hi Mr. Bcan Yeh, I tested AttDaemon. As I mentioned on wechat before CNY holidays, I tried to test VoD test 2 times. But there is no PTS data for both Live TV and VoD after stop VoD test./ I played VoD more than 5 min., actually 8 min. Can you check it ? Best Regards, SuhYoung YOON |

Hi Mr. Bcan Yeh, I tested with HM Solution on your ATT deamon using IPTVSTBChecker. I attached IPTVSTBChecker and its Guide. On AV Play test, we have different test result with STBCommunicationTest. IPTVSTBChecker test command is as follow on AV Play. 1st LIVE CH test MSG-KIND:COMMAND COMMAND-KIND:CHANNEL 2nd VOD test MSG-KIND:COMMAND COMMAND-KIND:VOD 3rd VOD Stop MSG-KIND:COMMAND COMMAND-KIND:VOD-STOP 4th LIVE CH Test MSG-KIND:COMMAND COMMAND-KIND:CHANNEL The test result of IPTVSTBChecker is fail sometimes at 4th LIVE CH Test. But result of STBCommunictionTest is OK with the same sequence. So could you check your new ATT Daemon with IPTVSTBChecker ? If you have any questions, please let me know. NO Audio Alert_KBS1_0209.txt : IPTVSTBChecker result file ATT_log_0209.txt : STB log during ATT Test You can find the errors in "NO Audio Alert_KBS1_0209.txt". [2022-02-09 15:25:52][1]# alert # - [0]================================= IPTV 변경 실패(KBS1) [2022-02-09 15:26:12][1]# alert # - [0]================================= No Video Alert 발생(KBS1) [2022-02-09 15:26:12][1]# alert # - [0]================================= No Audio Alert 발생(KBS1) It mean that there is No Video/Audio Alert issue. Hi Mr.Yoon, If you reboot STB with ATT Daemon USB Driver, AttDaemon will check the default path for updated AttDaemon. In UHD4, the default path is /storage/sdcard3. While a USB driver is inserted, it will be mounted to /storage/sdcard3. But the USB mount point was changed since V532. 17.520.8-20211022 : /storage/sdcard3 17.524.8-20210506 : /storage/sdcard3 17.532.2-20211203 : /storage/sdcard1 17.532.8-20211224 : /storage/sdcard1 That's why you can't update AttDaemon successfully. If you insert USB driver after booting the box, system will send a path according to the actual mount point. AttDaemon could be updated successfully. I don't know why the default path was changed. Here are two ways to correct this problem: 1. Modify AttDaemon 2. Modify the default mount point (FW) Please let me know if you want to modify AttDaemon. |
